Fixed Bloglines Link in Chrome Extension

I puzzles us who from Bloglines may got an idea of making life hard for own customers. Their own official method of subscribing to the feed does not work if there is no referrer passed along with the request. Nice.

We updated our Chrome Extension to do what everybody (Firefox, Chrome etc.) does. We send subscription request to Bloglines' login page. Even if you are logged in you will be asked to enter you credentials again.

Bloglines link at the feed page will still work normally.
